Paulina Dell
Founding Partner
Serial entrepreneur with a proven track record in creating and consolidating businesses. Her entrepreneurial spirit and determination to raise the standards of the real estate sector led her to conceptualize and found ORIA Real Estate.
As founding head, Paulina initiated the project in May 2025 by inviting trusted partners who shared her passion for excellence, establishing the foundations of what would become a real estate firm that prioritizes transparency, professionalism and genuine wealth growth for its clients.
In October of the same year, ORIA was formally established as the company that today transforms the real estate investment experience in Mexico.
Tania Carrillo
Founding Partner
Co-founder of ORIA Real Estate, combines her passion for investments with over 12 years of experience in the financial sector. With a degree in Business Administration and Finance from Universidad Panamericana Guadalajara campus, her career in strategic analysis, risk management and corporate portfolio management has taught her that every wealth decision deserves deep analysis and personalized guidance.
As a real estate advisor, her focus is on understanding the unique needs of each client and translating them into solid and profitable investment strategies.

Maribel Jorge Martínez
Founding Partner
Attorney with a specialized law firm and Master's degree in Corporate Law applied to the Corporate Legal Framework. Combines a solid career in the Legal and Alternative Justice fields with an innovative vision of the business future, positioning herself at the forefront of technological transformations in the real estate sector.
Her experience as an executive in the public sector has allowed her to lead institutional transformation processes, implementing standards of excellence and efficiency.
